In this challenging era, leadership is one of the main keys to shaping a better future. The role of young leaders at the high school level is crucial, especially in the world of education. Young leaders, such as the OSIS chairman, play an important role in shaping a positive and productive school climate. Realizing the importance of this, IBM Institut Asia Malang held a Youth Summit on January 18-19, 2025, as an intensive self-development program specifically designed for the younger generation, especially students who are active in OSIS. With the theme “Craft the Leader Spirit,” the Youth Summit aimed to invite participants to shape and develop their leadership spirit actively. In this event, IBM students received several sponsors to support the continuity of the Youth Summit event, namely wizzmie, HK, and kueku.id.

The Youth Summit is not just ordinary leadership training. This activity is designed comprehensively with an interactive and educational approach, providing participants an inspiring and challenging experience. Through a series of activities, discussions, and training, it can be a place for participants to begin their journey in forging a solid leadership spirit.

By participating in this activity, they not only improve the skills and knowledge of participants but also form a strong character and have high social awareness. In addition, this activity is also designed to strengthen teamwork and decision-making skills. Young leaders produced from the Youth Summit are expected to make positive contributions to schools, communities, and the nation.
